Hört talas om att ta seden dit man kommer?

Följande konversation utspelade sig för ett par dagar sen mellan mig och en rysk gästprofessor:
Ryss: Where I can find perchloric acid (red. anm. allmänt nasty och explosiv kemikalie), I have looked everywhere?
Jag: We don't use that anymore, it's not very nice stuff.
Ryss: Ah! Not dangerous, where I can find it?
Jag: I don't think my supervisor want us to use it in the lab, maybe there is something else you can use?
Ryss: Yes, I know supervisor's view on perchloric acid, you order for me?

(litet quote från wikipedia för att illustrera)
"Perchloric acid is extremely hazardous. It is very corrosive to skin and eyes and should be handled with the utmost care. It can also ignite or explode upon contact with organic material such as cloth or wood. The salts of perchloric acid are powerful oxidizers that are often used in explosive compositions."
